A simple but yet relating the goodness and moral issues to the audience. its engaging and interesting to see the fantasy world / idea of Hayao Miyazaki. Read from other news that Miyazaki actually relate his own story into this movie, he was portraying the father who are always away on the ship and the boy who befriend Ponyo represent his son. Perhaps he felt remorse for the days whereby he neglected his son, but nevertheless this animation is indeed a movie engulfed with the theme of family / togetherness.
